Max here, and time to catch up. Time to give a few thoughts to the ether. Today is December 30 2018 and it is 12:06am. And yep, you guessed it, I’m at work (The club in Austin). And yesterday I finally finished a long needed post. But today is a new day and I wanted to fill in some thoughts about what I am thinking. 2019 is upon us and I have a long way to go to get to my millions. Wait, I just thought of something. That is probably a limiting belief (that I have a long way to go to get to my millions). The reality is this, I don’t have a long way to go to get to my millions, instead I must focus on the goal and learn how to stream line my way to my millions. And that’s really what I have been thinking of subconsciously lately. The idea is this. Get better at analyzing my money…. spending, buying, purpose, needs,  etc. Get better at time management (That one I have noticed is now becoming extremely important) Before it was just about learning very elementary beliefs and ideas, ( you know, limiting beliefs and bad self talk) We all are instinctively created to be negative. Which was great when lighting or a lion was our biggest threat, but we’ve come along way from those days. And so for me I first had to learn about limiting beliefs and negative self talk,  but now it’s about implementing these new beliefs and new ideas into my life, and to execute them in the most explosive manner possible. Which ultimately means that managing my time is just so damn important. Because as I have said before, How you do anything is how you do everything. Most of us in life wake up as if it was  an accident. And for me that is not how I want my life to be, Yes, there are times where I want to be lazy and honestly at times not often, but at times we all deserve a day to ourselves….. to be lazy, or slow, or wild, or crazy, or even to allow yourself that one bowl of ice cream that you always say No to. But for me I MUST find the most streamlined way to get to my millions and also bring happiness and all my goals along with me. Then another thing that I must get good at is to properly decide on just what is really important to me and why.

On top of that, I must really start to understand how to get the best from the people that work for me. This is a tough one because, obviously I am not a millionaire yet. (I still live on the poor side of town) so even though I don’t have the best/skilled workers, I still must learn to find ways to inspire them from the inside out. I can only assume every great entrepreneur wants to spend the least amount of money for labor but get the most from those that work for them.
